Bad SOP's and no internal controls can lead to your company's intellectual property leaking. This is a common occurrence and can happen very easily, especially in small to medium businesses. Managers and staff may not think it's a big deal when they copy corporate data to "work from home" or "in case of emergency", but it is a huge deal to the company. If you or your company is having issues sending mass emails to yahoo or GMail (or G Suite hosted domains) you should check your e-mail domain's DNS settings. Office 365 and G Suite won't do this for your company automatcially, these need to be done with your registrar. Stop attaching files. It's inefficient and wasteful. We've all done it, working on a spreadsheet\document\power point and as soon as it's completed, drag and drop it into an email with multiple recipients.
