📍 Saint Malo | Groupe Roullier Convention This month, Groupe Roullier convention took place in Britanny, Saint Malo, the motherland of our Corporation. It has been the opportunity to gather all direction committees from our subsidiaries and our shareholders. 🚀 Under the sign of exploring possibilities, these days allow to present the main achievements from the past 2 years such as the threshold of 10k employees or the development of some subsidiaries. The presentation of Phosphea India by our colleague Ravi Renganathan was a good example. 🔮 It has also been the opportunity to present how we prepare the future of #phosphea and through it, the one of Groupe Roullier. Indeed, it is important to be able to transmit our know-how as presented by Pol Abiven who leads our Phosphea DNA training. 🌱 But preparing future and contributing to sustainable agriculture also goes with innovation. We are closely working with the Groupe Roullier research center (CMI) which drives the development of our new solutions for animal nutrition as said by Ognjen Farkas . 🌟 Finally, each Director of the 4 main activities of the Groupe Roullier among which Clément Houllier , summarized in 4 words their ambition to grow in security by 2030: human, international, innovation and industrial!
