Congratulations to our Senior Vice President of Safety, Environment, and Health Monique Parker, CSP on her recognition as the Blacks in Safety Excellence Safety Professional of the Year! Monique received the honor at the Safety2024 conference held last week, joining the ranks of the esteemed leaders and advocates for workplace safety and health who were honored by the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) . Monique was recently elected to serve as the Senior Vice President of the Board of Directors for the ASSP, which includes more than 35,000 members in 80 countries around the world. She began her one-year term in the position in July and will succeed the President-Elect and President, serving one-year terms in each position when her current term is complete.
