Our build-to-rent development, Zora University, is making tremendous progress since the beginning of the year and currently on time for first unit deliveries in the second half of 2023. Zora University is a single-family BTR community comprised of 108 individual cottage style walk-up homes situated on a 13.5-acre site within the inner ring of Charlotte, NC. It has been great working with our Joint Venture partner on this project, Suncrest Real Estate and Land, on the development that will start leasing in the second half of 2023.
