Earlier this month, Plantible had the honor of attending the inaugural J.P. Morgan Sustainable Foods Showcase, hosted by the Green Economy Banking team. There, we presented the impressive functionality of our Rubi Protein™ in four different applications: plant-based meringue, plant-based cake, plant-based chocolate ice cream, and plant-based macarons. Our Rubi Baked Alaskas and Rubi Macarons served as a reminder that we can reinvent the classics with novel, plantable ingredients. By unlocking the power of plants, we don't have to compromise on our climate and give up the foods we know and love. The energy and excitement in the room was palpable, and we look forward to a brighter future made possible by our collective efforts to create a more sustainable food system!
