Recently we participated in BEMAS - Belgian Maintenance Association Asset Performance Conference in Antwerp. 

Alongside with Emiel Verbunt from Plantlab, our colleague, Jules Oudmans, presented the case of "Supporting the Field Worker: Using Operations Data to improve Asset Performance: Case indoor farming."

By using software technology and data analytics, APM initiatives were shown to boost profitability and engage stakeholders effectively. The session shared insights from the implementation of UReason's APM Studio at Plantlab's indoor farms in Amsterdam, focusing on the support it provides to field workers and the optimization of asset performance for future growth.

Key takeaways from the presentation emphasized the vital link between asset operational data and management systems, the empowerment of field workers with valuable asset health insights, and the immense potential for autonomy through the integration of technology, data, and decision support systems. The collaborative success of UReason and Plantlab highlighted the transformative power of APM in indoor farming, where efficient asset management is the cornerstone of profitability and future expansion.
