We’re hiring! Prospera Financial is seeking a Supervisory Principal to join the firm’s robust and growing compliance team. This role’s primary responsibilities include supervising the suitability of securities transactions and performing principal review functions for a designated group of advisor offices. Other responsibilities include assistance in the onboarding of new advisors from a compliance standpoint, facilitating advisor training as needed, ensuring firm policies and procedures are followed and comply with rules set forward by regulatory agencies, and more.
