Bluestone Snags INR 900 Cr From Peak XV, Prosus, Others In Pre-IPO Funding

Bluestone successfully completed a pre-IPO funding round, raising INR 900 Cr and increasing its valuation to $970 million. Prosus participated in this funding round alongside other investors such as Peak XV Partners and Steadview Capital. The funding included INR 600 Cr in primary capital infusion, with the remainder from a secondary share sale. Bluestone plans to file its draft red herring prospectus for its IPO later this year.
