Providence is pleased to announce the sale of Superstruct Entertainment to KKR. Since its establishment in 2017 by Providence, Superstruct has grown organically and through acquisitions into one of the world’s premier live entertainment groups, owning and operating a well-diversified portfolio of festivals across music genres and geographies.
 
Providence’s Senior Managing Director and Director, Andrew Tisdale and Daniel Zwicky shared that they are “incredibly proud of the rapid growth and success Superstruct has achieved since its inception,” and added that “We are confident that with KKR’s support, Superstruct will continue to thrive.”
