This agreement involves the supply of over 5,000 km of high-voltage underground power cables, crucial for the enhancement of the French electricity transmission network. We are pleased to report that Prysmian has achieved outstanding financial results, demonstrating our strong market position and operational excellence. Our adjusted EBITDA has reached €1,409 million, reflecting a 9.6% increase, with our margin improving to 11.4%. Key highlights include: Organic Growth: 1.8% in Q3, driven by our Transmission and Power Grid sectors. Net Profit: Increased to €619 million. Free Cash Flow: Reached €979 million over the last twelve months. These results underscore our unwavering commitment to innovation and sustainability, positioning us well for future growth. Prysmian has been working towards sustainability by installing photovoltaic panels in 8 of our European factories. This initiative generates approximately 15,000 MWh/year of clean energy and reduces CO2 emissions by about 5,000 tons annually. By April 2025, we plan to add 7 more installations in Mexico, the USA, China, and Malaysia. One of these new installations will include storage batteries, enabling the use of solar energy even at night.

The IT & Digital WW Meeting 2024 brought together our global IT & Digital teams for three days of collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and exploration of the latest digital technologies.
