2023 was a banner year for pSemi, with significant advancements in UltraCMOS® technology, high-isolation SP4T switches, and millimeter-wave devices.

Here are some of key achievements that make a difference for our customers:
UltraCMOS®: This advanced SOI technology now handles higher power (over 20 W) with improved linearity (85 dBm) and broader bandwidth (near-DC to 90 GHz).
High-isolation SP4T switches: These switches (PE42445 and PE42446) operate up to 8 GHz and seamlessly integrate into 4G/5G base stations and mMIMO architecture.
Industry's lowest noise figure 3.5 GHz dual-channel switch/LNA modules: These modules (PE53230 and PE53231) deliver best-in-class receiver sensitivity and handle 20 W average input power.

The pSemi team is thrilled to expand our advanced connectivity product lineup for the automotive industry with the introduction of our new automotive-grade ultra-wideband (UWB) RF switch, the PE423211. 

The PE423211 raises the bar for what is possible in automotive connectivity solutions, delivering the lowest power consumption, widest broadband frequency support, lowest insertion loss and return loss, and the highest isolation. It is also AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified, making it ideal for automotive Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and UWB applications like secure car access, telematics, sensing, infotainment, and in-cabin monitoring systems (ICMS), as well as general-purpose switching.

Today represents a significant milestone in pSemi’s history as we announce our entry into the IoT Front End Module (FEM) market with the introduction of PE562212. Designed foremost in adherence to the Thread protocol, PE562212 is an ultra-compact multi-protocol 2.4 GHz FEM that enables a variety of connectivity options for IoT devices. With a 14-lead 1.8 × 1.8 × 0.7 mm LGA package (MSL3), it is our smallest IoT full FEM (PA, LNA, SW) for space-constrained applications, delivering superior flexibility and value to IoT device makers. It enables connectivity across Thread, Zigbee®, Bluetooth® BDR/EDR, BLE, and Wi-Fi® applications as well as 2.4 GHz proprietary applications, and can be used to connect everything from smart speakers, smart lighting, smart thermostats, and in-home appliances to IoT hubs, range extenders, wireless audio, wearables, sensors, asset tracking, industrial devices, and more, ensuring a strong and robust wireless link.
