Quills Coffee | 329 followers on LinkedIn. Quality For All | Owner Nathan Quillo’s love for coffee started where it begins for most of us - as a customer, coffee drinker, and enthusiast. Later, during his time in social work, Quillo began regularly meeting with students in local coffee houses, and soon found himself explaining the finer points of premium coffee roasting and brewing.  

With this blooming passion, a vision for Quills was born - to create a space where the community of coffee lovers in Louisville could fuel their passion and find community.
