Last month, we hosted a very special event in New York at Acadia with the incredibly talented David Wondrich. It was an honor to taste through our spirits with David and hear his invaluable insights. David Wondrich, a leading authority on spirits and cocktail history, is the acclaimed author of “Imbibe” and serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Oxford Companion to Spirits and Cocktails. His deep knowledge of the craft of spirits made this a memorable evening for all who attended. Guests had the opportunity to explore our signature spirits, including Emerald 1865, 7-Year American Whiskey, Old Tom Gin, and Old Tom Gin ‘The Geezer’, alongside Ransom’s Master Distiller, Matt Cechovic.
