We were thrilled to kick off our highly anticipated Summer Associates Program last week! The Rare Beauty Summer Associates Program is more than just an internship; it's an immersive journey into our vibrant company culture. Our talented group of 10 associates engaged in a full day of activities designed to inspire, engage, and empower. First, our associates bonded together over a painting activity featuring the Rare Beauty canvas tote bags. Following a full company meet and greet complete with a taco bar, it was time for a brand presentation, where our associates got an inside look into our company's mission, values, culture, campaigns and more! Lastly, we wrapped up the day with a mindfulness activity, reminding ourselves of the importance of balance and well-being. A huge shoutout to our incredible associates for diving in with enthusiasm! Rare Beauty is looking for freelance makeup artists in multiple cities! Freelancers will be ambassadors for the brand in SEPHORA stores, helping create a community of positivity and the celebration of being Rare. As a freelancer, you will help deliver the Rare Beauty experience to all customers by sharing brand knowledge and application techniques. PAY RANGE: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, dependent upon experience and location REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum of 3+ years experience in Retail Sales in the beauty industry - Professional knowledge and certification in makeup artistry or equivalent preferred - Availability to work up to 28 hours per week, typically between Wednesday and Sunday

Because of her personal experience, Selena has always been drawn to packaging that’s easy to open and close, hold, and apply. When we started hearing your feedback about how accessible *you* find our products, we wanted to know more. We partnered with the Casa Colina Research Institute (CCRI), part of Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare, to identify features that make our products easy to open and close, hold, or apply for individuals with dexterity issues. Since then, seven products have aligned with our Made Accessible Initiative. And this is only the beginning!
