Over the past eight months, the RCLCO Real Estate Consulting team has had the pleasure of leading the economic development research and contributing to the production of D.C.'s new Downtown Action Plan. Dive into the Highlights report at the link below, which lays out the Plan's core recommendations and investment strategy, ahead of the anticipated release of the full Plan this spring.

Under the stewardship of the DowntownDC BID, the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District, and the District government, the future of Downtown D.C. is bright, and I can't wait to see what comes of this effort.
