Abbiamo presentato in anteprima la nuova Pilot+, una tuta che rivoluziona il concetto di sicurezza e supporto per i piloti, aprendo possibilità straordinarie per il motorsport e l’aviazione. IAC2024 - held this year at MiCo in Milan - was our first edition and has been a huge success! ✨ 🚀 We had the opportunity to explore and connect with the past, present, and most importantly, the future of space exploration; from companies that have made history to young startups that are just entering this exciting field. Seeing how our work continually sparks curiosity makes us incredibly happy. We’ve spoken to all kinds of space enthusiasts, from industry experts to students eager to learn more about our technology. We’ve welcomed astronauts from around the world who have encouraged us to keep going, confirming the need for solutions like EMSi. Finally, we’ve exchanged visions for the future with ambitious companies aiming to redefine the future of human space exploration. And, last but not least, we continued discussing about future projects with the organizations that have made the development of our technology possible so far, as the Agenzia Spaziale Italiana and Aeronautica Militare . Last week we participated in the event "Breaking Boundaries for Space Exploration," an initiative part of the PANDORA Horizon Seeds Project and promoted by the Università degli Studi di Bari . This event brought together five scientific-disciplinary areas (physics, mathematics, physiology, law, philosophy, and communication sciences) with the common goal of reflecting on and discuss the future challenges of space exploration. It was a truly pleasure to share our experience in the field of intra-vehicular suits. Moreover, we had the honor of spending an entire day with Danny Olivas , astronaut and engineer with an extraordinary career: he has participated in Space Shuttle missions, contributing to important maintenance operations on the International Space Station. Additionally, he has been involved in the development of extravehicular suits, which are essential for the safety of astronauts during activities outside the shuttle and the ISS. His experience and passion for space exploration have deeply inspired us 🧑🚀✨ Thank you to everyone who participated and made this extraordinary event possible. We look forward to continuing to explore the frontiers of space together!

Ieri sera, presso l' Agenzia Spaziale Italiana a Roma, si è svolta la Notte Europea dei Ricercatori: un affascinante tour serale dedicato alla divulgazione scientifica, che ha coinvolto adulti e bambini con una serie di attività ispirate all'esplorazione spaziale. 🪐 🌌 È stato emozionante condividere la storia di EMSi, la prima tuta intraveicolare attiva progettata per contrastare gli effetti della microgravità sul corpo umano. Ancora più speciale è stato ammirare lo stupore del pubblico nel scoprire che il prototipo esposto è stato testato nello spazio, a bordo della CrewDragon di SpaceX , grazie al fondamentale supporto di ASI e Aeronautica Militare . 🇮🇹 Un sentito ringraziamento all'ASI per questa straordinaria opportunità e a tutti i partecipanti per i confronti costruttivi e ispiranti. Prima di fondare REA Space, Flavio Augusto Gentile ha vissuto anni all’insegna della velocità e ricerca della preparazione atletica con l’obiettivo di raggiungere la prestazione perfetta. Ha cominciato la sua carriera come pilota di Superbike e successivamente allenatore di nuoto ed atletica. Ha ideato costumi da nuoto per competizioni agonistiche unendo esperienza ed innovazione. Oggi il nostro CEO e co-fondatore contribuisce a rivoluzionare il settore aerospaziale con soluzioni avanzate per migliorare la vita degli astronauti nello spazio.
