We're thrilled to announce that the first patient has been dosed in our Phase 1 clinical trial of RCT1100, a novel mRNA-based medicine for patients with primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD) caused by DNAI1 gene mutations.

This marks a significant step in our efforts to bring innovative therapies to PCD patients who currently have no approved treatment options. RCT1100, developed using our proprietary Selective Organ Targeting (SORT) lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery platform, is designed to restore ciliary function by targeting the disease's root cause.
