Our CEO Ben Camp recently attended the Lee FitzGerald conference in London. It speaks volumes that he states: "There were many more connections made and highlights, but probably the top highlight for me was hearing our own Robb Schuler speak from the heart about his story and his passion for ethical addiction treatment marketing." Lots of players in this space throw the word "ethical" around, but it's truly baked into the mission and culture here at Recovery.com , from the top down.

I need your help. What details do patients really need to know when seeking behavioral health treatment? The obvious ones are easy — location, insurance accepted, basic program information. But we keep discovering more nuanced needs: → "Does this sober living home allow pets?" → "Is there a smoke-free treatment program in Rhode Island?" → "Can I use my cell phone at night?" → "Is it near public transportation?" → "Do they have experience with grief counseling for children?" At Recovery.com , we're trying to surface all this information in a way that helps patients find exactly what they need and reduces unqualified calls to providers who are a poor fit. But we know we're just scratching the surface. So I'm asking: What other details do people struggle to find when seeking treatment options? What information would make this process easier?
