🌍 Bringing the Reflo® Team Together in Dubai 🌍 As a remote-first business, there's nothing like coming together in person to celebrate our journey, align our visions, and strengthen our team spirit! Last week, the Reflo family—from just 5 of us at the start of the year to an incredible 25 now—gathered in Dubai to look back on our achievements and set our sights on what’s next. We’re proud to share that we’ve grown our revenue 7x YOY and are expanding in every area of the business, from product innovation, wholesale, and partnerships all the way through to DTC. As a co-founder, seeing our entire team in one place was incredibly rewarding. Reflecting on the huge amount of progress we’ve made in under three years since launch is both humbling and inspiring. We’ve built something truly special here, and this week reinforced how much we can accomplish when we work together toward a shared vision. The focus of our huddle was clear: align our goals, double down on communication, and fine-tune our processes to keep thriving as we scale. Seeing everyone’s passion and commitment up close was truly inspiring, and the energy was infectious. But it wasn't all work—we also took time to unwind and enjoy everything Dubai has to offer! Highlights included: 🌴 A morning palm run to kick-start the day 🎾 Friendly padel tennis matches (a bit of competitive spirit never hurts!) 🚤 A fantastic boat party to celebrate our wins 🌄 An unforgettable desert sunrise and dune-bashing adventure Here’s to an amazing team and to the exciting journey ahead! A great day of meeting some inspirational leaders. Wednesday & Thursday - Leaders in Sport at Allianz Stadium . Very insightful couple of days listening to some of the biggest names in sport. Awesome to catch up with lots of friends in the industry and make lots of new connections. Today I’m off to Portugal to see Thomas Brookes and the Icons Series marketing team to lock our plans in the build up to our next event in Thailand in 2025. No letting up towards the end of the year for us, lots of exciting things to announce and deliver.
