This month at Regal Boats , we had several special events together! Our CFO, Sean Cuda , shared insights on our core value: “Excellence-Driven,” inspiring us all. We recognized National Manufacturing Day, ran 5Ks for Breast Cancer and Seatbelt Awareness, celebrated work anniversaries, and learned about Open Enrollment from our Team Member Relations Manager, Lizzette Rivera. We also celebrated our team’s diversity with Around the World Day, where our team shared flavors and traditions from the countries and cultures they represent. A big thank you to everyone who made these events memorable!

Jose Cruz Gomez has worked at Regal Boats for over three years and is currently a Test Tank Expert. He chose Regal for a new experience, driven by his love for yachts and everything that comes with them, including fishing and luxury. September was a long but fulfilling month. I got the opportunity to attend Accelerate ‘24, Regal Boats Dealer Conference at Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida. After the trip, I have felt extremely blessed to be able to call this place work. Regal Boats has brought me so many opportunities and to say I am thankful is an under statement. I give praise to God for giving me this opportunity and this team to be a part of. Thank you to all who support me and push me to be my absolute best. Excited to say I have passed my one year mark at this amazing company! Looking forward to many more!
