Why They're on This List:
Minnihan brings a wealth of experience as a veteran investor, starting her journey in finance as an investment banker before transitioning to early-stage VC. Her tenure as the executive director of Golden Seeds , a firm dedicated to investing in women entrepreneurs, laid the foundation for her commitment to supporting underrepresented founders.


Idlett-Mosley, a powerhouse in her own right, served as the CEO of Mosley Brands and Mosley Music Group, with a portfolio including her then-husband, the legendary music producer Timothy "Timbaland" Mosley. Together, Minnihan and Idlett-Mosley recognized the funding gap for underrepresented founders and joined forces to establish Reign Ventures.


After years of investing their own capital and cultivating investor relationships, they launched Reign's first institutionally backed fund in 2021, aiming to be part of the solution in addressing the funding disparities faced by diverse entrepreneurs.
