Ripple Ventures is excited to announce that we have received a $7.5M investment from VCCI’s Inclusive Growth Stream for our Fund III, alongside RBCx as a second anchor. This funding is part of a larger $50M initiative aimed at enhancing VC access for underrepresented Canadian entrepreneurs and diverse fund managers.

This investment doesn’t just fuel our funds; it fuels our fervor to foster a more inclusive VC ecosystem. It enables us to bolster our core portfolio of undervalued founders and expand the RippleX Fellowship program, online courses, and Fellow Fund. Together with the Canadian government, we're on a mission to broaden the educational horizon on building venture-backable startups and forging a VC career, right from the university and college campuses across the nation.

The impact that we've seen from our programming to date:
- Helped underrepresented founders raise over $60M in VC funding
- Assisted 75+ underrepresented students in securing VC roles post-program
- 2,000+ students across 30 countries in our online course

This past weekend I had the pleasure of hosting a Ripple Ventures event on Princeton’s campus in collaboration with Princeton Entrepreneurship Club and Prospect Student Ventures. Attendees had a chance to learn about RippleX Fellowship and Fellowship Fund opportunities, as well as play a pitch game where they were given half an hour to create and present a startup tackling the problem of procrastination on campus. Thank you to Ripple for sponsoring the event, the leadership teams of E-Club and PSV for volunteering your time and startup judging abilities, and all who attended the event!

Having worked in various IT roles throughout my entire career, it's baffling how many processes relating to employee access, identity governance, and device management are still manual. Spreadsheets, ticketing systems, custom scripts, and a wide range of other non purpose-built tools are often cobbled together in an attempt to keep track of, and manage, system access, device inventory, and employee onboardings/offboardngs.

Harmonize was built based on decades of experience in IT, Security, and Compliance to provide a simple, yet powerful, way to automate and manage the entire employee and device lifecycle.
