Surrounded by an inviting landscape, Guest Experience Manager Yuka of The Ritz-Carlton, Nikko knows why locals say “you’re never satisfied until you visit Nikko” — from hikes to hot springs, she leads guests to #RCMemories that highlight the region’s unique culture and beauty.

We’ve just sailed away from an amazing Monaco Grand Prix with The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection and the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team. Race week in Monte Carlo proved the perfect opportunity to showcase the experience of Evrima and the excitement of our ongoing partnership with Mercedes. From a special evening in concert with John Legend to a visit from George Russell, we added unforgettable moments to Monaco’s beautiful setting and storied competition, leaving our mark on an iconic event and creating exceptional #RCMemories for guests.

There's no other setting quite like it — we are thrilled to have The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection creating an iconic Grand Prix experience in Monaco with the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team.

We are honored to announce that The Ritz-Carlton has been named a finalist in three different categories for the 2024 Shorty Awards. These nominations highlight our best creative campaigns, content series and new platform strategies launched over the past year. We are thrilled to be nominated in the Global Brand Campaign, TikTok Presence and Vertical Video categories, representing our Leave Better Campaign, TikTok Launch, and our I am Ritz-Carlton content series.

A 2024 highlight: The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman and The Ritz-Carlton, Macau received rare triple Five-Star recognition, achieving top Five-Star marks for their properties, spas, and dining at Blue by Eric Ripert and Lai Heen. The rating for The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman represents the first time any Caribbean location has received a triple Five-Star award, and only 15 destinations worldwide currently hold the distinction.
 
Reflecting our continuing dedication to exceptional experiences and singular service, it is an honor to receive this recognition from Forbes Travel Guide, as we continue to craft #RCMemories across the globe.

To celebrate 40 years of The Ritz-Carlton giving back to local communities, we invited Lewis Hamilton for a surprise visit to the Gota de Leche School, a Community Footprints partner of The Ritz-Carlton, Mexico City. Like The Ritz-Carlton, Lewis believes in giving young people the support and resources they need to reach their dreams. This perspective drives our work at the Gota de Leche school and tells one story of how The Ritz-Carlton leaves local communities better.
