We are very pleased to announce the appointment of two new independent directors, who yesterday received the majority of votes at the Robex shareholders' meeting.

Gérard De Hert and Thomas Lagrée will bring their technical and financial expertise to the board of directors, in order to support the group's growth in West Africa.

We are very pleased to announce a Feasibility Study for Kiniero with significantly improved economics compared to the PFS (dated August 2022):

-   Improved economics: Pre-tax NPV5% stands at US$ 251m (+26% vs PFS) and IRR of 42% at a base case gold price of US$ 1,650/oz while post-tax NPV5% stands at US$ 170m and IRR at 31%;
-   Increased Life of Mine: Reserves increased by 165koz or 21% to 968koz from PFS, increasing LoM to 9.5-years (46% up compared to PFS);
-   Lower costs: LoM AISC at US$ 980/oz, improving from PFS (US$ 1,035/oz);
-   Lower strip ratio: 2.8:1, from 4.4:1 in the PFS;
-   Significant potential: Indicated Mineral Resources (inclusive of Mineral Reserves) at 1,481koz @ 1.07g/t, along with Inferred Mineral Resources of 1,090koz@ 1.19g/t;

Robex est heureuse d'annoncer une Etude de Faisabilité pour Kiniero avec des résultats économiques significativement améliorés par rapport à l’EPF:

- Amélioration des résultats économiques : la VAN5% avant impôt s'élève à 251 m USD (+26 % par rapport à la PFS) et un TRI de 42 % à un prix de l'or de 1 650 USD/oz alors que la VAN5 % après impôt s'élève à 170 m USD et TRI à 31 % ;
- Augmentation de la durée de vie de la mine : les réserves ont augmenté de 165 koz ou 21 % à 968 koz par rapport à PFS, augmentant la durée de vie à 9,5 ans (46 % de plus par rapport à PFS) ;
- Baisse des coûts : LoM AISC à US$ 980/oz, en amélioration par rapport à PFS (US$ 1 035/oz) ;
- Ratio de découverture opérationnel : 2,8:1, de 4,4:1 dans le PFS ;
