Rosarium Health is a platform that facilitates home modifications (renovations) to help households improve their health outcomes and age in place. We build then enable integrated networks of service providers nationally that serve individuals, payors, providers, and non-profits. We offer two products: a marketplace for home modifications and an ancillary benefit for payors/ACOs.

A 2020 U.S. Census Bureau report found that only 10% of American homes are "aging ready," meaning they have step-free entryways, a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor, and at least one bathroom feature that supports accessibility. 

According to a 2021 AARP survey, one-third of participants indicated that modifications would be needed for them or their loved ones to continue living in their current home if physical limitations arise. 

Specifically, 79% mentioned the need for bathroom modifications like grab bars or no-step showers, 71% highlighted indoor and outdoor accessibility issues, 61% required emergency response systems, and 48% sought smart-home devices such as voice-activated assistants or doorbell cameras. The cost of these aging-in-place modifications ranges from $10,000 to $100,000.
