EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT We are thrilled to introduce Julia Li, our top seller at Rove Concepts’ Vancouver showroom. Since joining the team just a year ago, Julia has consistently demonstrated a client-focused approach, paired with a remarkable eye for design. Her unique ability to connect with clients has propelled her to success. In this interview, we uncover what motivates her and the strategies behind her achievements. What inspired you to pursue a career in sales, and how did it all begin? "I’ve always had a passion for sales—from running my own makeup business in China to working in hotel design. I’ve also loved furniture and interior design for as long as I can remember, so when I returned to Vancouver, Rove Concepts was the perfect fit to bring together all my interests." What would you say is your secret to driving sales? "It’s all about creating genuine connections with people. When you show clients that you’re truly interested in their vision and needs, the conversation becomes more meaningful. From there, sales follow naturally." How do you build lasting relationships with clients? "The relationship starts in the showroom, but that’s just the beginning. Building trust takes time. I ensure that my clients are genuinely excited with their purchase, offering honest advice and continued support long after the sale." Any advice for those looking to excel in sales? "Don’t be discouraged by rejection. Instead of taking it personally, I try to understand why a product didn’t resonate with the client. That insight allows me to offer better alternatives when the opportunity arises." Lastly, do you have a favorite Rove product? "My favorites are the Elbow and Round Dining Chairs and the Counter Stools. The craftsmanship, with their solid wood structure, makes them timeless and dependable pieces." Julia’s success is a testament to the power of authenticity, passion, and trust in building strong client relationships. We’re proud to have her as a part of the Rove team!

At Rove, we believe that if you work as a team, you win as a team. We are grateful to have had the chance to put those values into practice on June 9th by participating in the BC Children’s Hospital Race for the Kids. This event served not only as a team-bonding opportunity across departments, but more importantly as a way to make a difference in our local community. Working together, we were able to proudly join 9,700 racers from all across the province in raising over $1.9 million to fund mental health, children cancer programs, and provide support for lifelong childhood diseases at the BC Children's Hospital. SAN DIEGO SHOWROOM | GRAND OPENING Last month we had the pleasure of welcoming our esteemed Rove Members and Trade Members to the grand opening of our La Jolla Showroom. Inspired by the coastal surroundings and scenic views our showroom was designed to reflect the coastal charm while paying homage to the breathtaking views and vibrant community of La Jolla. The evening was filled with delightful refreshments, lively music, and meaningful connections. From the moment guests stepped through our doors, they were immersed in an atmosphere of sophistication and luxury. Every corner was filled with contemporary and luxury pieces meticulously crafted with premium materials and attention to detail. As we look back on this remarkable night, we want to extend our gratitude to all of our guests who graced us with their presence and enthusiasm.
