Last week we harvested the Cabernet Sauvignon from our estate Abela Vineyard. The stars shone down on our incredible vineyard team as they worked tirelessly through the night. We harvest our fruit in these late hours because the cooler weather helps to stabilize the grapes' sugars and maintain the natural acidity.
