Yann co-founded and led Cardiologs from 2014 to 2021 when it was acquired by Philips. Yann remained as the General Manager for Philips until December 2022. Cardiologs specializes in artificial intelligence cardiology diagnostics. They develop and provide AI-powered solutions designed to assist healthcare professionals in interpreting electrocardiograms more accurately and efficiently.

We are excited to announce Spencer Williamson as a Revival Operating Advisor. 

Spencer's experience includes his role as CEO and board member of Kaleo, Inc. from 2006 to 2021, where he oversaw the company's expansion from a small startup to a company with multiple FDA-approved drug-device products that was acquired by Marathon Asset Management in 2021. He also served on the board of Avenu Medical, which developed innovative solutions for chronic kidney disease patients and was acquired by Medtronic in 2020. Before his roles in private companies, Spencer held senior executive positions at Guidant / Boston Scientific in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division. Spencer was named by EY as an Entrepreneur of the Year in 2013.

Bill has experience in finance and healthcare, most recently serving as CFO at Aerin Medical Inc., known for its non-invasive nasal treatment products. Prior to Aerin Medical, he spent 13 years at On-X Life Technologies as CFO and Executive VP of Finance until its acquisition by Artvivion. Beginning his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, he later moved into executive management at several healthcare firms. Bill's board leadership includes roles at Apollo Endosurgery Inc. and Reata Pharmaceuticals Inc., where he chaired Audit Committees until their acquisitions. His board service spans multiple sectors including public & private companies, nonprofits, and private equity/venture capital entities.
