Ryde started as a ride-sharing platform that matched drivers with riders going the same way to share a ride (RydePool), but we haven’t stopped there. We have established extended product services to include an e-payment platform (RydePay), taxi booking and insurance purchase. We continue to build features that benefit everyone.

Founded in September 2014, Ryde is currently available in Singapore and have presence in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Australia.

Last week, Ryde hosted #MakanwithRyde where we gave out free Nasi Lemak to our Driver-partners to show our appreciation for their hard work and dedication. Our Driver-partners are the driving force behind our community, providing our passengers with safe, reliable, and comfortable rides.

Our CEO and Founder, Terence Zou, led the Ryde team in distributing 150 packets of Nasi Lemak from the historic Kampong Glam Cafe to every Driver-partner who took the time to stop by. Our team met with both new and long-time Driver-partners, gathered invaluable feedback and exchanged ideas on potential improvements we could make to our services and app.

On 9 March, Ryde's CEO and Founder, Terence Zou had the pleasure of speaking with the The University of Hong Kong Masters students about the future of transportation.
