In form, we are a private holding company​, ​managing substantially all of the two founders' capital alongside a more modest proportion from some other shareholders. In function, and as our name conveys, we are an intimate ​grove (not a forest) comprised of like-minded ​sowers​, many of whom are leading investors and company operators. Our shareholders are trusted friends and co-conspirators in work and life. They share in our values and collectively comprise an ecosystem of people in whom we have the utmost admiration.  We exist to serve the greater good. The essence of Sator Grove is first a flourishing community that seeks to do good together and second an investment company. Whether through the capital we provide or the people with whom we collaborate, our aim is to ‘sow good seeds’ that grow into win-win outcomes for all of our constituents, including society and future generations. Importantly, we’ve established Sator Grove such that from Day 1 our largest economic beneficiary is the ​Sator Grove Foundation. ​In time it will become a powerful charitable force emerging from the success we achieve together as it advances the needs of children globally through poverty alleviation, education and healthcare.
