SBZ Corporation is proud to support Dogs 4 Wildlife. Our charity support has helped the Dogs 4 Wildlife team impact a number of key initiatives that they are currently involved with, namely their Siyafunda Ngemvelo programme, which enables local community school children across South Africa to access their local wildlife reserves and National Parks. Helped by SBZ's and your support, they have so far given over 140 children from two schools the opportunity to experience the natural world. Dogs 4 Wildlife is developing additional exciting projects, including a rabies vaccination programme that allows the local community to provide their dogs with a rabies vaccination at no cost. They can also educate community members on rabies, welfare, and animal husbandry. This project will soon be rolled out within the KwaZulu Natal area of South Africa, with a focus on the communities surrounding the Phinda Wildlife Reserve. Ad van Genderen , (SBZ Corporations Product Manager) was delighted to give a talk today, at this year’s Benelux Congress on the broad topic of ‘The Development of Engine Oil Additives’. Ad has worked voluntarily for the last ten years on the Technical and Competition Committee (TCC) of the UEIL and seven years as editor of the lube magazine ‘SmeerOlieKroniek’ of the VSN. The Benelux Lubricating Oil Congress is organized annually together with the Belgian sister organization LAB. An inspiring day, intended for everyone who is active in Belgium and the Netherlands in the research and development of lubricants, or in the production or sale of lubricants. The Netherlands Lubricating Oil Companies Association (VSN) was founded in 1952. Over the past seventy years, the VSN has grown into a contemporary sector organization. The VSN represents the interests of producers and (wholesale) traders in lubricating oils and fats. Members are companies that manufacture, import, export, and/or trade lubricating oils and greases. They are large, medium, and small companies, which together account for more than 90% of the domestic consumption of lubricants.
