We have two great pieces of news to share!
 
First, we are excited to welcome our new President and CEO, Albert Seymour and Board Chair, Adam Rosenberg. They both join Seamless with longstanding track records of successfully leading biotech companies with an emphasis on gene editing and novel technologies. In conjunction with them joining the company, we are also establishing Seamless Tx Inc. in Lexington, MA to focus on translating our differentiated recombinase technology from early discovery into the clinic. Albert and Adam’s combined experience will be instrumental in expanding our US operations. Albert has over 25 years of combined experience in the field of human genetics and pharmaceutical R&D and Adam has been building and leading innovative life sciences companies for over 20 years.
 
We are also pleased to announce that we have increased our seed financing to $25 million led by Forbion and Wellington Partners. With this capital, we are advancing our proprietary programmable recombinase technology and generating a pipeline of innovative product candidates that aim to treat human disease irrespective of the specific genetic alteration.
