We parse millions of prescription records to predict the right price, for the right patient, at the right time. Then our data integrations deliver that price at any pharmacy in the US. Via SMS, patients have access to their discounts, why they got those discounts and guidance on how to improve their health.

Sempre Health announces two new Medicare solutions to improve medication adherence, a key factor in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Star Ratings system: the Medicare Advantage Reward and Incentive Program and the Medicare Part D 2025 Prescription Payment Plan.

Exciting news from Sempre Health! A recent peer-reviewed publication in the Journal of Managed Care & Specialty Pharmacy showed the significant impact of Sempre Health's innovative behavior-based medication adherence solution: the program boosted consistent use of life-saving medications by 18-20%. Patients also had 16% lower rate of emergency room visits.

These results emphasize the impact of Sempre's unique program in both improving consistent medication use and positively influencing healthcare outcomes.
