Share Logistics provides international sea and air freight services for all cargo. Our scale and expertise form the foundation that enables us to deliver customized services against competitive prices.  

From our strategically located offices, we offer our customers a complete range of global, door-to-door services. These services range from customs services, fiscal representation and freight insurance to storage, project management and 4PL services.

Furthermore, we develop our own software for customers, enabling us to combine the operational, financial and commercial aspects of the cargo shipment. Every shipment is covered by automatic tracking, administration and documentation. This gives our customers a clear overview and the tools to manage every shipment within the different transport modalities. The system saves them  both time and manpower.

Op de afdeling Sea worden alle zeevracht zendingen verwerkt. De werkzaamheden op deze afdeling bestaan uit het plannen en coordineren van de transporten en het informeren en communiceren met klanten en leveranciers. Ter aanvulling van ons jonge team zijn wij op zoek naar een:

Logistiek administratief medewerker Sea (Zeevracht) Fulltime
 
Wat ga je doen:
•        Wereldwijd aansturen en coördineren van import en export zendingen;
•        Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van onze klanten, agenten en rederijen;
•        Het boeken van containers en luchtvracht bij verschillende rederijen en luchtvaartmaatschappijen;
•        Het nauwkeurig administratief opmaken en verwerken van diverse transportdocumenten;
•        Vastleggen van ordergegevens en documentatie in een geautomatiseerde omgeving.
 
Wij vragen:
•        Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. 
•        Je bent accuraat boven gehaast, bewaart kalmte en geeft gas waar nodig;
•        Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de logistiek is een pre
•        Je bent secuur tijdens het uitvoeren van je werkzaamheden
•        Goed kunnen werken met Word, Excel en Outlook, WMS-systeem pre.
