CrossWind, our joint venture with Eneco, has started operations at Hollandse Kust Noord, a new wind farm off the Dutch coast.

Renewable natural gas, or biomethane, has the potential to become a pillar of a lower carbon energy system and production is set to expand across Europe between now and 2030.

Nature Energy, a company owned by Shell, produces biomethane using a range of organic material including agricultural waste, which is supplied by a vast network of farmers. At the end of the production process, the nutrient-rich residue left over is given back to farms and goes back into the soil to help crops grow.
