We had the pleasure of leading a Negotiating your Worth session at the Greenhouse Scholars Career Fair and are always impressed by the community of future leaders among their ranks. 

Akshay Gupta, a Greenhouse Scholar studying Computer Science Engineering at the University of Michigan shared that Natalie's session was a game-changer. "Her concrete examples on salary negotiation and self-advocacy provided clear ways for me to use her strategies.
