SHINE Technologies' Director of Commercial Strategy, Catherine Kolb, recently spoke to 40 high school students interested in STEM careers at the Hendricks CareerTek  in Beloit, WI.

Catherine gave an overview of SHINE's nuclear fusion work and insights into her career path, emphasizing the variety of rewarding STEM roles available. She encouraged students to pursue their passions in science, technology, engineering and math.

It was inspiring to engage these students. At SHINE, we actively support the next generation through knowledge sharing. These students represent the bright future of our industry!
