SHUAA Achieves Significant Milestone with Substantial De-leveraging of a Managed Fund 

SHUAA Capital psc, the leading asset management and investment banking platform in the region, announces the successful settlement of over AED 500 million in margin facilities with multiple UAE banks. The margin facilities are associated with a Fund domiciled in Abu Dhabi Global Market (“ADGM”) and managed by SHUAA GMC Limited (“SHUAA GMC”), the wholly-owned FSRA-regulated subsidiary of SHUAA. 

The full settlement of several margin facilities follows the recently announced agreement with noteholders on the outstanding $150m bond and is a testament to SHUAA's refreshed investment philosophy which emphasizes fiscally prudent financial policies alongside modest levels of debt. The market should view this material milestone as SHUAA’s renewed commitment to continuously safeguard stakeholders’ interests while adopting an approach to asset management based firmly upon fundamental analysis.

شعاع تحقق إنجازًا هامًا مع مواصلة تقليص المديونية في أحد صناديق الاستثمار
 
أعلنت اليوم شركة "شعاع كابيتال ش.م.ع" عن نجاحها في تسوية تسهيلات تمويلية تتجاوز قيمتها 500 مليون درهم مع مجموعة من البنوك الإماراتية. وترتبط هذه التسهيلات بصندوق استثمار مقره في سوق أبوظبي العالمي (ADGM) ومدار بواسطة "شعاع جي إم سي ليمتد" ("شعاع جي إم سي")، الشركة المملوكة بالكامل "لشعاع"، والخاضعة لرقابة سلطة تنظيم الخدمات المالية (FSRA).
 
تأتي التسوية التامة للعديد من التسهيلات التمويلية في أعقاب التوصل لاتفاق مع حملة السندات على تعديل شروط وأحكام سندات مستحقة بقيمة 150 مليون دولار أمريكي، وتعتبر شهادة على نجاح الرؤية الاستثمارية الجديدة للشركة، والتي تركز على اتباع سياسات مالية متحوطة من الناحية المالية، مع الحفاظ على مستويات منخفضة من المديونية. ويتوقع أن تستقبل أسواق المال هذا الإنجاز الهام لشعاع باعتباره التزاما متجددا من جانبها بحماية مصالح المساهمين من خلال اعتماد نهج لإدارة الأصول يعتمد بقوةعلى التحليل المالي الأساسي.

أعلنت اليوم شركة شعاع كابيتال (المدرجة في سوق دبي المالي تحت الرمز SHUAA) عن توصلها لاتفاق مع حملة السندات على تعديل شروط و أحكام سندات مستحقة بقيمة 150 مليون دولار و المصدرة من قبل شركة تابعة لشعاع كابيتال. 

يأتي هذا الإتفاق بعد أن تبنت الشركة خطة لتحسين الميزانية العمومية تهدف الى ضبط حجم ميزانيتها العمومية و تعزيز السيولة و تحسين عملياتها و تمهيد الطريق لضخ رأس مال جديد متوقع خلال الاثنى عشر شهرا المقبلة لدفع النمو.
