How do you really embed values in a company beyond simply a powerpoint slide? Aren't company values all just corporate bullsh*t? Absolutely not...

We've been doing a lot of thinking at Sidekick recently on how we unite, bond and hopefully inspire a team from such different backgrounds (hedge funds, lending, compliance, product, design, engineering).

A strong mission is definitely the starting point. And we feel we have that in spades: "unlocking access to the financial advantages of the ultra wealthy".

But a core set of values is also key. You don't change an industry by doing things the same way. And these values can't just live on a bookshelf.

We're experimenting with lots of creative ways to do this to remind ourselves what we believe in. Kudos to the ever brilliant Kelly Hutchinson for her creative series of images for each of our values. I suspect we'll be seeing a lot more of the wolf around the office...
