⚠️New publication alert⚠️ advancing Quantum Communication with SNSPDs! In a recent study by AIT Austrian Institute of Technology , Single Quantum SNSPDs demonstrated an 80-fold increase in coincidence rates compared to traditional SPADs in an entanglement-based QKD protocol, significantly enhancing the efficiency of quantum key exchanges. This improvement allows secure communication over much longer distances, making SNSPDs a game-changer for quantum communication systems. 🔒 As cyber threats continue to rise, the need for secure data transmission is more critical than ever.
