The bike to work challenge fostered team spirit and improved health, creating a better work-life balance and promoting sustainable work practices.

Regular cycling improves cardiovascular health, boosts energy levels, reduces stress, and enhances work-life balance by transitioning from sedentary commuting to invigorating bike rides.
