SJF portfolio company DUOS has partnered with Humana on a new program to improve health outcomes among military Veterans in Louisiana. Through the initiative, Veteran members with chronic conditions will complete assessments to identify their individual health needs, and DUOS will match them with relevant benefits and resources.
