📚 Our Head of Talent and Culture, Gabriela Tom, gave a workshop during the first week of Innovation Cafe's 'Innovation & Entrepreneurship Summer Camp' for middle school kids about the importance of the People and Culture team.

Gabriela used the kids' favourite football teams as analogies to discuss the critical aspects behind the P&C team, how she engages Snoonu employees, and what makes a leader! 

The session was concluded with a balloon teamwork activity focused on showing the children how they can strategize as a team.
