🤝 How can embedded finance empower you to deepen customer relationships, build trust and increase loyalty?


The short answer is: by providing smart and secure products, designed around the individual's needs.

The long answer is: that embedded finance creates a right to communicate far more frequently. And this means you can deepen the relationship and increase loyalty. Think of it this way. When you're also providing the customer with the card they pay with, the current account they manage their money from, or other everyday financial services, your brand is front of mind even when the customer is transacting with other brands: at the local supermarket or their favorite coffee shop, for instance.

📱Why are consumers embracing digital wallets?


Digital wallet transaction volumes are growing, both online and in physical stores. The latest study by Juniper Research, predicts that digital wallets will be used to transact over $16 trillion in payments by 2028; compared to just $9 trillion in 2023. 

Simply put, the convenience of digital wallets is drawing in users. Mobile phones have become ubiquitous. The average person now spends 3-5 hours a day using mobile apps, and as the global population has become more comfortable with mobile devices they have come to expect more functionality - including the ability to make payments.

By offering increased simplicity, security, and customer experience, digital wallets are slowly taking the place of physical wallets. In fact, research from Visa and Ipsos, shows that 72% of Europeans are actively using digital wallets.
