We completed Roma Green Finance Limited's $12.3M public offering with CEO Ling Claire Huen Luk and legal support from Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP  and Schlueter & Associates P.C. We closed an $8.45M private placement for Alpha Cognition, Inc. (CSE: ACOG, OTCQB: ACOGF) with CEO Michael Mcfadden, assisted by Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP and Morton Law.
 
Inspire Veterinary Partners Inc. (NASDAQ: IVP) saw a successful public offering, supported by CEO Kimball Carr and The Crone Law Group, P.C. We facilitated a public offering for 1847 Holdings LLC (NYSE American:EFSH) with CEO Ellery W. Roberts, and legal teams from Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP and Bevilacqua PLLC.
 
We acted as co-placement agent for Presto Automation ($PRST) $2.1M registered direct offering with CEO Gee Lefevre and legal support from Goodwin Procter and Paul Hastings. Unusual Machines $5M IPO saw us as financial advisors, led by CEO Allan Evans with support from Nason, Yeager, Gerson, Harris & Fumero P.A. and Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP.
 
We advised SemiCab: Collaborative Transportation Platform in their $315,000 debt placement with CEO Ajesh Kapoor. Junee Limited $8M IPO was successfully closed with CEO Yee Man Thomas Law, supported by Hunter Taubman Fischer & Li LLC and FisherBroyles, LLP.
 
Six Diamond Resorts International's $2.9M private placement and Siyata Mobile Inc .'s (NASDAQ: SYTA) $4M public offering were other highlights, with legal support from Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP and Lucosky Brookman LLP. We also completed a $500,000 private placement for 1847 Holdings LLC (NYSE American:EFSH) and closed an $800,000 convertible note placement for Trio Petroleum Corp (NYSE: TPET).

In this public offering, Spartan Capital Securities, LLC played a pivotal role in facilitating the sale of units, each consisting of either one share of Class A common stock or one pre-funded warrant and one warrant, raising a projected total of $6.0 million. This infusion of capital will support Inspire Veterinary Partners Inc's ambitious plans for growth, expansion, and strategic investments in the veterinary healthcare market.

In this transaction, Spartan Capital Securities, LLC served as the #placement agent, facilitating the convertible note offering for Trio Petroleum Corp. This #capital raise will support Trio’s continued operations and growth in their key projects across California and Utah.
 
Trio Petroleum Corp, headquartered in Bakersfield, California, holds significant interests in oilfields in Monterey County and Uintah County. These include an 85.75% working interest in 9,245 acres at the Presidents and Humpback oilfields and a 21.92% working interest in 800 acres in the McCool Ranch Field in Monterey County. In Uintah County, they have a 2.25% working interest in 960 acres, with an option to increase this to up to 20% in the broader 30,000-acre Asphalt Ridge Project.
