We're pleased to announce that construction of our new recirculation facility for sole production, RAS II, in Tocha, Portugal officially kicked off with a groundbreaking ceremony earlier this month. This project is the latest step in our ongoing expansion programme. RAS II will allow for up to 95% of the water used in its operations to be recirculated, reinforcing our commitment to environmentally responsible aquaculture practices. This week we had a wonderful time exhibiting at the Conxemar Show. Held in Vigo, Spain, it is one of the most important seafood events in the world. We were delighted to welcome numerous customers and representatives from our sector, including the Galician Regional Minister of Fisheries @Alfonso Villares Bermúdez We also organised a daily showcooking with the Spanish chef André Arzúa, who prepared a range of new recipes – including turbot cooked in the airfryer – to show the versatility of our delicious products. #stoltseafarm #conxemar #sustainableseafood #aquaculture

This week, Stolt Sea Farm was pleased to exhibit our produce at the Seafood Expo Asia, held in Singapore. This is a key event where seafood buyers and suppliers from all over the world gather to promote their produce and explore opportunities in the Asian markets. Representing us were our colleagues Manuela Gómez (Marketing & Business Development Manager), Raymond Bolwijn (Chief Commercial Officer) and Alberto Briones (International Sales Manager - Frozen Division). During the event, we were delighted to welcome numerous current and potential customers to our stand, including the Spanish Ambassador! We also organised a show-cooking with Spanish chef Miguel Fernández Vidal, who prepared a delicious recipe to showcase the quality and taste of our seafood: Turbot in pil pil sauce with green beans. The attendees had the opportunity to taste the dish and, by all reports, it was a great success!
