מתחילת המלחמה כ-400 מאנשי ונשות שטראוס נקראו לשירות מילואים.
הבוקר, התכנסנו למפגש מיוחד בטבע - ב'חווה של דני' במושב סתריה, המהווה מרחב רגוע לעשייה חברתית, טיפולית, שיקומית. המפגש, בהובלה של צוותי משאבי אנוש, נועד לסייע להם עם החזרה לעבודה.

במהלך היום המרגש קיימנו שיח על החזרה, האתגרים ומתן כלים להתמודדות, לצד פעילויות חווייתית לבחירה, כמו סדנת פוטותרפיה ופעילות עם סוסים.

"להיות שותף להקמת מפעל זה משהו שקורה רק פעם בחיים, אבל בשטראוס אני זוכה לעשות את זה כבר בפעם השלישית.

לפני 24 שנים הייתי שותף להקמת המחלבה באחיהוד, ובהמשך טסתי במשך שנה שלמה הלוך ושוב לווירג'יניה, כדי לקחת חלק בתכנון מפעל 'סברה' שלנו בארה"ב. 
לפני מספר חודשים התמניתי למנהל מפעל 'שקד', שנבנה בסמוך למחלבה שלנו, ועתיד לייצר מגוון רחב של מוצרי תחליפי חלב. זו ממש הקמה מאפס וזה מרגש מאוד. 
 
יש לי המון ידע מקצועי וניסיון ניהולי, אבל אף פעם לא האמנתי שנכון לנהל רק מלמעלה, בטח כשמדובר בהקמה וניהול של מפעלים:
•	בפרויקטים בסדר גודל כזה צריך להיות מעורה בפרטים, לשאול שאלות, להציג חשיבה ביקורתית ולהבין את התהליכים לעומק
•	חשוב ללמוד מבעלי ובעלות ניסיון, בין אם מדובר בגורמים מקצועיים בארץ ובחו"ל (כמו השותפים שלנו ב'אלפרו', היצרנית המובילה בעולם לתחליפי חלב), או בא.נשים מעולים מתוך הארגון
•	לא לוותר על הידע והניסיון המצטבר – גם בתפקיד ניהולי אף פעם לא הפסקתי להיות מהנדס וטכנולוג. זה מאפשר לי להכניס הרבה יצירתיות לכל מה שאני עושה 
•	להנות מהדרך – לא פשוט להקים מפעל חדש, זה עשוי להיות קשה וסיזיפי, אבל זאת תקופה מלאה בעשייה ואתגר והזדמנות להשאיר חותם לאורך זמן
אחרי כל כך הרבה שנים לא משעמם לי פה לרגע – אני ממשיך לצמוח, להתפתח ולהשפיע, ויודע שהאתגר הבא 
תמיד בפתח".

לפני כמה שבועות נכנסה לחיים שלי נקודת אור חדשה, כשהחלטתי להתנדב לתוכנית 'מנט-אור' של שטראוס בשיתוף ארגון 'עוגן'. 
יחד עם עוד מנהלות ומנהלים מתחומים שונים בחברה, התנדבתי לסייע ולייעץ לעמותות וארגונים מהמגזר השלישי, שפעילותם נפגעה בעקבות המלחמה. 
 
כמנהלת משאבי אנוש ותיקה, אני שמחה שיש לי הזדמנות לתרום מהידע הרב שצברתי. תחום משאבי האנוש בעידן שלנו הוא כבר לא נישתי, אלא ממש חלק בלתי נפרד מהביזנס.  

 כשאני מלווה מנהלים בתהליכים שונים, יש כמה אבני דרך שמנחות אותי:
💡 הבנת האג'נדה שמובילה עסקית את היחידה או הארגון 
💡 הגדרת מטרות לטווח הרחוק וגיבוש של החזון והאסטרטגיה 
💡 מיפוי היכולות והכישורים של הא.נשים שלוקחים חלק במסע ויצירת הגדרת תפקיד מסודרות, ממשקי עבודה נכונים ועוד. 
 
והכי חשוב לזכור - 
👈 שלא מדובר בתהליך של 'זבנג וגמרנו' אלא במסע מתמשך 
👈 שאפשר לצלוח כל תהליך מורכב בשילוב רגישות, אמפתיה ואומץ ניהולי
👈 שהכל מתחיל ונגמר בא.נשים! 
 
ב'מנט-אור', אני מלווה את יוחאי צימרמן, מנכ"ל עמותת 'מרום', המסייעת לבני נוער עם לקויות למידה. 
זה נושא שקרוב לליבי במיוחד, בגלל שהבת שלי לומדת בכיתה ח' ומתמודדת עם קשיי למידה שמערכת החינוך לא יודעת לתת להן מענה. אני שמחה שקיבלתי הזדמנות להשפיע ולעזור לעמותה להצליח".
