Just wow - the numbers don’t lie. Recently stumbled on research that shows a consistent 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio during the pandemic could have reduced in-hospital deaths by 17%. 😕 I don’t know about you, but that stat makes it so real to me how much these talent shortages and staffing ratios impact patient outcomes (hands down the MOST important thing). 

So why don't we start at the beginning of the talent pipeline — students? (aka the future employee.)

Stride Funding acts as the glue between education & career - I’m a huge believer that if we remove the barriers to entry (e.g., cost of education) & pair that with clear career pathways, many more people will pursue the field the healthcare.
