Self-Paced, Computer Based Training Computer-based training (CBT) is an instructional approach that utilizes computer technology to deliver educational content and facilitate learning. In CBT, learners interact with software applications or digital platforms that present information, demonstrate concepts, and offer exercises or assessments. This method allows for self-paced learning, where individuals can progress through the material at their own speed, pausing or repeating sections as needed.
