We were honored to welcome Olivier Laureau and the Executive Committee to Symphogen , Servier ’s Antibody Center of Excellence, for a meaningful half-day visit. Our teams had the opportunity to showcase their expertise in monoclonal antibodies, resilience through challenging times, and commitment to Servier ’s mission to address unmet patient needs. As we expand from monoclonal antibodies into antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and bi-specifics, Symphogen is set to play a pivotal role in Servier ’s biologics pipeline. Over the next three years, we will strengthen our technological platforms, foster key partnerships, and evolve our ways of working to advance precision R&D. Our focus remains on leveraging digitalization, AI, and analytics, alongside building a balanced, flexible operating model that fosters global collaboration. We had an incredible day at the OPUS 2024 Symphogen Annual Meeting! 🌟 The event was filled with inspiring discussions, starting with Christophe Thurieau and Olivier RUSSO , who shared their excitement about the future of biologics and highlighted how Symphogen ’s innovative strategies are driving continuous progress. We also had the pleasure of hearing from Malin Carlsson , Rikke Bolding Jensen , and Claus Haase, who reflected on our vision, objectives, and achievements—milestones that the entire organization takes great pride in. Adding to the energy, Sune Aggergaard , Thierry Dorval , Christian Skjødt , and Christophe Meyer delivered insightful talks on AI, clinical advancements, and much more, showcasing the brilliance of our teams at Symphogen and Servier . The focus of OPUS 2024 was clear: AI and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion). We were captivated by Nikolaj Sonne , renowned tech expert and host of So ein Ding, who shared fascinating insights on artificial intelligence, exploring its real-world applications, challenges, and the evolving relationship between humans and machines—a truly inspiring session! Finally, a thought-provoking workshop led by Kasper Jelsbech from Living Institute reminded us of the power of recognizing and valuing each individual’s contributions, illustrating how DEI can significantly shape and strengthen our organization.
